Creating Pathways For Future Pastors

The ILT Pathways Scholarship Program is a giving opportunity designed to ensure that faithful, Bible‑trained ministry leaders continue serving the Church for generations to come. Through direct support of student tuition, individual donors and congregations can play a meaningful role in preparing future pastors and ministry professionals. By easing the burden of theological education, the program helps students focus on their calling and step confidently into service.

During the 2025–26 academic year, Pathways Scholarships have provided $13,500 in student support, with an additional $17,500 pledged for March through May. With a goal of $30,000 in scholarships for students preparing for pastoral ministry, the program is well on its way toward reaching this milestone.

One of the program’s most distinctive features is the flexibility it offers donors. Scholarships may be named and tailored to reflect the donor’s vision, including the length of support and the degree program it benefits. Donors may establish scholarships in their own name or in honor of someone whose legacy of faith and service they wish to carry forward. Supporters can even choose to create a scholarship intended for a future pastor who may one day serve in their own congregation.

Every Pathways Scholarship helps prepare future pastors to serve the Church—without the heavy burden of student debt. A Pathways Scholarship does more than assist an individual student—it helps shape the future of the Church by supporting leaders called to faithful service.

You can support the Pathways Scholarship by creating a scholarship of your own today. To learn more, visit Pathways Scholarships.
